“I would like to say how impressed I was with your staff at the Tanyard, Wickersley branch (Maria and Lisa).
Had just popped in to make some general enquiries. I am 82 years old and was experiencing difficulties in getting suitable glasses which needed apparently prisms etc. which happens in later life. They were so knowledgeable and friendly about my problems, I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses, one rimless and one sunglasses (both with Zeiss lenses). They were expensive but I believe in buying the best, at a time when “old age” brings added difficulties. Health comes first and they are perfect. My problems have now been solved. I think that these days people are quick to make complaints but it is necessary to acknowledge such good service and care. I will definitely return in a year’s time as a happy customer.
