I have over 20 years of experience after graduating with a first class honours degree in Optometry in 1997. My passion is children’s eye care. Having worked as a paediatric optometrist in hospitals, I have seen the impact of visual development on a child’s education, coordination, confidence and the social skills needed to thrrive. I am also experienced in providing eye care to patients with dementia and ASD. I aim to provide the best eye care possible in a friendly, community setting whilst being inclusive and honest.

I love my position as an Optical Assistant. I have been in optics for 16 years now and really enjoy it. The best part of my job is helping customers choose spectacles and understanding what they want/need with regards to their sight test prescription and their own personal lifestyle.
